Call for posters

• You must have an EasyChair account to submit an abstract.
• You must submit an abstract in text format. If you experience format problems, including accents, please verify that your browser is set to UTF-8.
• The final version must be uploaded to the EasyChair submission server before June 27.
• Do not forget to check the "Abstract Only" box.
• The posters size is restricted to 80 cm width and 120 cm height.

Call for papers

Two types of contribution are possible:

• Extended abstract: 6 to 8 pages corresponding to unpublished work.
• Short summary: 1 to 2 pages, typically for work already published or in progress.

Papers acceptance notification will be sent to authors on 5 June. It will indicate whether the contribution is accepted (or not) for publication in the proceedings, and if the presentation will be long (20-25 minutes) or short (5 min) without any direct link between the length of the submitted text and length of the presentation. For example, a short summary showing important results could be accepted for a long presentation. Note that it is essential that these contributions meet the required formats (see below).

Refused contributions may be submitted to a Call for posters, which will open on 5 June, with a simplified web form. This call will be broad and will involve both refused contributions and other works falling JOBIM thematic. This call will be closed on 20 June, the acceptance notifications will be sent on 10 July. The texts of selected posters will be available on the conference website, but will not be printed in the proceedings.

Instructions to authors

• You must have an EasyChair account to submit an abstract.
• The summaries may be written in French or English.
• Submissions must use presentation templates. Authors are requested not to change the presentation settings (margins, font, ...), nor the outline of the text and various items (title, authors, addresses, abstract, ...).
• Contributions which do not conform to the template format will not be taken into account.
• Only pdf format is accepted.
